Aftermarket BI AnalystPosition SummaryThe main focus of this position is to support the Aftermarket Division in implementing the company's Strategic and Profit plans with a primary goal of providing value to the customers.

• Evaluate information from various sources, resolve conflicts, break down high-level information into details, summarize low-level information into a general understanding, and differentiate user requests from the true underlying needs.
• Proactively engage and cooperate with stakeholders to assess information requirements and functional needs, and deliver those needs accurately and promptly.
• Develop and update dashboards, KPIs, and reports for P&L Leaders, Sales Managers, and senior management related to OTD, Past Due, Quote Hit Rate, Sox controls, etc.
• Generate reports to streamline quoting processes by eliminating duplicate quotes
• Examine agent commissions, generate commission file reports
• Produce utilization reports on WebShop usage to efficiently reduce quoting time.
• Take the lead or participate in cross-functional teams to tackle business or systems issues.

• Minimum of 4 years in an analytical reporting role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Previous exposure to an ERP system (e.g., SAP), and/or Business Warehouse (e.g., SAP BW)
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite with advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Power BI
