Role Overview:
As a Salesperson at Broken Pie, you will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting our innovative solutions across various industries.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, nurturing leads, and closing deals to ensure the continued success and growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute effective campaigns and promotions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Goaloriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
