Requirements:6+ years of sales experience (APAC Market)3+ years of people leadership, team leadership, or team coaching/ mentorship experienceExperience selling in serviced marketSales and Sales Management experience preferably in a technology, IT, SaaS and/or Human Capital / ConsultingProven track record in both hunting and farming salesExpertise in scaling businesses in a high-growth marketAbility and willingness to coach and provide guidance to team members with the aim of improving the sales skills of the team.
