  • Design and develop P&ID for new and existing manufacturing systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify process enhancement opportunities and introduce creative solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to assess risks and recommend preventive measures.
  • Perform engineering calculations and simulations to validate designs and improve system performance.
  • Create technical documentation like specifications, drawings, and reports to support projects.
  • Work closely with suppliers to select suitable materials and equipment for piping systems.
  • Provide guidance to junior engineers, participate in design reviews, and troubleshoot piping system issues.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in P&ID design and engineering practices.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with mechanical systems, ideally in the semiconductor sector.
  • Proficiency in CAD software for design and simulation.
  • Strong knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes in the semiconductor industry.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for mechanical components.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Capacity to think innovatively and mentor others.
