A dayin the role:

Asa SailPoint Consultant youll collaborate with clients to designtailored IAM solutions. Throughout the day youll collaborate withdiverse teams troubleshoot system performance lead Agile projectsand mentor junior analysts. Your expertise will ensure seamlessaccess and have a positive impact on clientssecurity.

Whatyoulldo:

  • Designdeploy implement and integrate SailPoint with critical applicationsand infrastructure by providing timely highquality client servicemeeting or exceeding client expectations and coordinatingconsulting work plan anddeliverables.
  • Leadendtoend deployment integration and optimization of SailPointsolutions in diverse client infrastructures. This includestroubleshooting implementing and configuring technicalcomponents.
  • Manageand deliver client engagements ensuring quality and valueaddition.
  • Trainand mentor entrylevel professionals in IAMconcepts.
  • Takecharge of project services and incidents as an escalation pointwhile collaborating on multiple IAM projects ensuring they meetbusiness needs.
  • Conductresearch to address customer challenges effectively using knowledgeof competitive solutions inSailPoint
  • AssistBusiness Analysts in documenting detailed functional and technicalrequirements.
  • Architectthe solutions and troubleshoot any issues that arise while ensuringtimely highquality client service and effective coordination of theconsulting work plan anddeliverables.
  • Developprocedures documentation workflow diagrams and scripts forcontinuous improvement and maintenanceactivities.
Requirements

  • 35years of experience with SailPoint implementations with clientfaced experience in complex and diverse customerenvironments
  • Craftedtechnical solutions by installing integrating and deployingidentity management access management and access governance toolsinto existing clientsetups
  • Managedprojects throughout the SDLC showcasing leadership andadaptability
  • Thrivingin dynamic settings excelling independently while aligning withevolving businessneeds
  • Demonstratedexpertise in implementing SailPoint solutions engaging with clientsin complexenvironments
  • Thoroughknowledge and implementation experience of IGA PAM SSO and MFAplatforms
  • Adaptabilityto new technologies/tools as per business requirements includingupcoming IDMtools
  • Proficiencyin programming/scripting languages like Python Java and PowerShellwill be an addedadvantage
  • Excellentwritten and oral communication skills as well as stronginterpersonal skills for effective communication withclients
  • Abilityto work independently and thrive in a fastpaced highenergyenvironment
  • Exceptionalcommunication skills to convey intricate technical concepts clearlyto both clients and junioranalysts
