Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff, understanding their needs and offering relevant insurance solutions.
  • Build trust and rapport with customers, providing clear explanations of our insurance products and addressing their concerns.
  • Collaborate effectively with bank personnel to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets for Canara HSBC Life Insurance products through the bancassurance channel.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers based on their needs and financial goals.
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our insurance products.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Process insurance applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers after policy Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably within the bancassurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, financial services, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Customercentric approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
