Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products or services
  • Provide accurate information about products and pricing to customers
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales area
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
  • Stay uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced and teamoriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills
  • Fluent in insert relevant languages

Physical Requirements

  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Bend, twist, and reach as needed to perform job duties

Job Types:

From ₹15,000.00 per month
