Role Description:

Classplus is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Coding Instructor, who'll complement our new-age and dynamic team. Being a full-time onsite position, you'll be in the middle of tech enthusiasts where you shall deliver engaging training programs that enhance students' coding proficiency across various technologies and software tools.

As a Coding Instructor, guiding and mentoring students will be your primary role. So, want to groom future techies in developing essential technical, management, and leadership skills in the digital realm?

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the designing and delivery of comprehensive coding courses and workshops focused on Python, Java, JavaScript, and other relevant languages.
  • Develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, assignments, and assessments, to foster skill development and understanding.
  • Provide personalized feedback and support to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with the content development team to continuously enhance course content and ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Update yourself with industry trends and best practices to incorporate the latest advancements into teaching methodologies.
  • Evaluate student performance and progress to adjust teaching strategies and ensure successful learning outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that promotes active participation and student engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bring the right expertise: Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/BE) in Computer Science along with 3-5 years of experience as a software developer in service-based companies. M.Tech in CS (those with a 1-year full time experience as software developer will be preferred) and PhD in CS.
  • Know your Code: Proficient in coding languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript with hands-on experience in software and web development.
  • Understand the core principles: Proficient in DSA and MERN stack development.
  • Adaptable to various situations: Proven ability to communicate complex coding concepts effectively and engage learners of varying skill levels.
  • Familiar in imparting knowledge: Experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in an educational or professional setting.
  • Think on the fly: Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to address student queries and challenges.
  • Convey with ease: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
