We are searching for an enthusiastic and target driven Tele-caller/Business Development

Associate

Responsibilities:

 Conduct outbound calls to business professionals to introduce them to nasscom

conferences and their benefits.

 Effectively communicate conference details, highlighting the value proposition for each

attendee.

 Secure registrations for conferences by converting leads into paying attendees.

 Conduct thorough research to identify and develop a comprehensive database of

professionals relevant to our conferences.

 Maintain and update existing attendee databases in MS Excel.

 Track and report on call metrics and registration progress against set targets.

 Collaborate with the wider team to ensure successful conference promotion and execution.

 Travel for the events/conferences, whenever necessary.

Qualifications:

 Minimum of 2–3-year experience in tele-calling/business development or a related field.

 Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the

phone.

 Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion techniques.

 Proficiency in using MS Excel software and databases.

 Excellent research and data analysis skills.

 Ability to work independently while also being a team player.

 Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

 Strong work ethic with a positive and results-oriented attitude.
