- Implement strategies to manage costs effectively.

Tendering and Procurement:
- Support in creating tender documents and bid proposals.
- Review vendor and subcontractor quotes for competitiveness and compliance.

Variation and Change Management:
- Evaluate and price variations and change orders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to minimize the impact of changes on project budgets and timelines.

Progress Reporting:
- Produce regular reports on project expenses and budget status.
- Share cost-related updates with project team and leadership.

Quality Assurance:
- Work with engineers to ensure project standards are met while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
