Job description Role & responsibilities In therole of API Architect, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical and domain proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design.
You will play an important role in creating the high-level target architecture, architecture roadmap & lead the component designs & integration leveraging industry standards.
Preferred candidate profile Must have demonstrable experience in defining technology strategy, selection and roadmaps that enables the business vision Sound understanding of Telecom Open API (TMF Open API) and ODA architecture Exposure to various API styles like REST, gRPC, GraphQL etc Experience with containerization technologies (e.
G., Docker, K8S). Design reusable frameworks to improve developer productivity and increased reuse according to explicit and implicit requirements. Ensure solutions are built as designed.Drive architecture governance Evaluate and review Design Frameworks and Methodologies and approves design in order to achieve functional and non-functional requirements and conformance to the architecture Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques and best practices.
Collaborate with frontend engineers and designers to bring user stories to life. Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices in API & Microservices development. Stay up to date on the latest advancements in API & Microservices development Proactive problem-solving and excellent communication skills.Tech Skills (Mandatory): Java, SpringBoot, Maven Gradle, Quarkus, OpenShift Docker, Kubernetes Apigee, AWS API Gateway Dev Portal Kong, WSO2 Experience 10+ Years of experience, Relevant experience 2+ years.
