The Service Desk Associate is the first point of contact for clients and users experiencing IT issues. This role involves providing efficient and effective support for all technology-related concerns, ensuring timely resolution of problems, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will have - Any completed Under-Graduate academic qualification Proficiency in English is a must Excellent English communication (verbal & written) Any other international language knowledge is a plus but not mandatory Good for you to have – Networking knowledge is a plus but not mandatory 1 Year of calling experience – includes communicating to overseas/international clients Should be willing to attend calls & emails Should be willing to work continuous night shifts & 24x7 shifts Bird's eye view of your role – Attending Customer calls and passing them to respective Technical team for troubleshooting.
