We are seeking an Advanced Business Analyst to join our Digital Supply Chain GBS team at Novo Nordisk. The Role:

As an Advanced Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the current IT solution's governance, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the proper utilization of systems and processes. You will also be involved in driving and supporting tasks related to the SAP rollout across various therapy areas in Product Supply's factories. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive optimal usage of standard functionalities by closely collaborating with users, the SAP Product Supply project, and existing SAP solutions to enhance end-to-end processes.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement efforts within global production across SVP areas to align with Supply Chain mission and area strategies.
  • Manage change processes, assess business benefits and impacts, coordinate across different areas, and recommend change prioritization.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of the importance of data integrity for Production and related Master Data.
  • Contribute to area strategies for Production Execution, propose projects for a 3 to 5-year roadmap, drive development of new KPIs, and optimize reporting methods.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Masters/Bachelors degree in supply chain management, production, or mechanical engineering from a reputable institution with 7-11 years of experience and specialized knowledge in SAP PP or PP-PI and LE (Logistics Execution).
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
  • Experience in Lean principles, agile methodologies, SAP/MES interfaces (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry) would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding and experience of working in a diverse and global environment.
  • Effective communicator at all organizational levels and adept at engaging with end users and managers; skilled in stakeholder management, facilitation, and coaching.

With a focus on being Robust, Ready, and Effective, Supply Chain Global Business Service (GBS) operates through offshoring. Situated under Supply Chain Planning (SCP) at the Headquarters, it serves as the central hub for consolidating Supply Chain activities across Novo Nordisk. The offshoring journey in D&S has commenced, shaping the Service Delivery Catalogue, and other Product Supply areas are set to join, optimizing costs and simplifying operations within the supply chain.
