  • Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in SW Engineering role
  • Significant proficiency/in-depth knowledge in the domain (technology and/or products)
  • 4-5 years of experience in leading engineers through project lifecycle
  • Advanced Java, MS, Spring boot, Experience in Turbo Charging Product
  • Thorough understanding of software development and/or support methodologies, principles and procedures and related software management tools
  • knowledge in the domain (technology and/or products)

  • You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of software engineering project, ensuring it meets quality, time, budget, and other KPIs/SLAs
  • You will manage Team and People, focusing on both professional and personal aspects
  • You will lead the team in overcoming technical challenges, building technical competency, and adhering to best practices
  • You will promote a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency, driving innovation in software engineering tools and processes
  • You will manage interfaces, relationships, and communication to deliver software that not only meets customer requirements but also adds value to their business
