Role:

  • Communicate with the customers in friendly and professional manner & identify the needs of the customers & help them to resolve their queries or have concerns related to their account, purchase experience, or product use.
  • Maintains & updates customer information as necessary
  • Calmly attempts to resolve & de-escalate any issues.
  • Escalates calls to supervisors when necessary & appropriate
  • Aware them about promotions, bonuses, offers etc.
  • Upsells to customers as necessary
  • Ensuring quick resolution of customer issues for maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Strive to deliver a WOW Effect for our customers, to further enhance their perception of our product & company.

Salary:
₹9, ₹29,046.95 per month
