Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java 11 or higher, Springboot (REST APIs), Junit/Mockito, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipeline, MongoDB, Postgres/SQL, and Neo4J (optional).

Familiarity with BitBucket, JIRA, Confluence, CloudBuild, Maven, and Gradle (good to have) is also preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Java applications using Java 11 or higher and Springboot (REST APIs).

  • Write, review, and maintain unit and integration tests using Junit and Mockito.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and design and implement solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Continuously improve software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and performance tuning.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in software development. 8. Mentor and guide junior developers in the team.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support for production issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Java development, with a focus on Java 11 or higher.
  • Strong knowledge of Springboot, Junit, and Mockito.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, such as GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in working with databases, including MongoDB, Postgres/SQL, and Neo4J (optional). 6. Familiarity with version control systems, such as BitBucket, and project management tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and build tools, such as CloudBuild, Maven, and Gradle (good to have).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
