Purpose:
The role holder isrequired to meet his/ her targets through generation of new leadsand
managing and building relationship with customersmapped to them in order to cross sell Financial
Servicesproducts.

MBA / Graduates withminimum 1 year of experience

KPA &Activities:

Business Targets:
Achievement of businesstargets for all financial products as defined and
agreedupon.
Meet customers to sell all financialproducts
Meet & counsel Walk in& DSA customers who have been referred to him / her byHDFC Limited
Influence customers to buy FD who have noprior HDFC Deposit relationship.
Ensure proper customerprofiling on each call / customer visit to identify and understandhis/her
needs and accordingly recommend investment andInsurance options.
Obtain appropriate documents /information from the client and ensure the forms areduly
completed before logging the sale.
Communicate the necessary details to the customers for the productsbeing bought by them.
Ensure sale is completed through /in line with the defined sales process.
Maintain productmix across types of loans / value of loans ( Eqt Housingetc)
and appropriate open market share for all products( PAR / ULIP / Non Par).
Coordinate for all claimsprocessing (with the help of TM/ ASM/ Coordinators / SM
representatives).
Closely monitor the HL data of the HLexecutives mapped to maximize the business
opportunities.
Ensure maximum joint calls with each HLexecutive mapped.

Ensure that all reports arecreated and maintained in a timely manner (DSR Sales Dairyetc.)
Ensure that all documents are properly scanned andthere is no mistakes while lead updation in
thesystem.
Be completely aware of the products beingoffered by the company and understand competition
offering to be able to handle customer objections.
Beupdated with the latest product features to enhance his / herselling abilities
Ensure all desired matrix and businesscomposition (persistency funded non funded etc.) are
met

Relationship Building:
Managerelationship with HL executives mapped to him / her.
Maintain good relations with HDFC Limited
Maintain goodrelationship with Channel partners & DSA
Build relationship with the assigned / sourced customer to createopportunities for various
products to fulfil thecustomer's financial needs.

AccountManagement & Servicing:
Manage and servicethe existing customer portfolio.
Coordinate with the TM/ Coordinator / SM for post sales service request form thecustomers
(claims endorsements policy copyetc).
Timely sharing of updated reports with thecustomers on products being bought by them.
Coordinatewith the customers at the time of renewals.

Certification and regulatory compliance:
Be complianttowards selling of various products by undergoing the training andcertification for
IRDA AMFI etc towards selling ofinsurance and any other products
The FSA has to beconscious and vigilant towards declaration of the customerinformation. In
case FSA feels there is disconnect inthe information shared by customer versus his/her
observation they need to crosscheck the information before bookingthe business.
