Job Description:

The Senior Manager – HRBP will be accountable for the successful delivery of HR programs and initiatives for India Location while partnering along with global teams.

Role Summary:

  • Partnering with business leaders to drive the people strategy and people focus across the organization.
  • Aligning people focused initiatives, programs, and projects to business drivers and priorities.
  • Using HR frameworks, models, diagnostics, and data and insights to analyze and understand organizational problems and provide solutions from people perspective.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Business Partner - Understand the business and develop business acumen. Serve as a key member of the leadership team to assist in driving business results.   • Program and Project Management - Lead end-to-end implementation and execution of core HR programs and initiatives. Provide business-specific feedback to the HR team for design and delivery improvement of client-ready solutions, including improved self-service models. Design and implement HR strategies in alignment with both business and HR functional objectives.
  • HR Generalist - role includes responsibility for some elements of manager coaching, compensation, legal compliance, talent acquisition and retention, performance management, training and development, et. al. Work closely with leaders and teams to understand the pulse of the people and then build and execute thoughtful engagement plans that also enable performance and retention.
  • Support HR-related communication rollouts for assigned, ensuring that teams are prepared to address HR programs and processes with accuracy and following the HR calendar.
  • Collaborate with leaders, address concerns proactively, and ensure business compliance with HR programs.
  • Must have demonstrated competence in organizational development, coaching, compensation and employee relations. The ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, recognize trends, and identify systemic approaches to solving problems in this fast moving, constantly changing environment is imperative.
  • Experience working with managers and multi-Leader groups required. Person must have demonstrated excellent skills in the areas of: leadership, business acumen, consulting, analysis, project management, communication, presentation, negotiation and conflict management, and problem solving while working within a matrix human resources role and structure.
  • A Postgraduate in Human Resources, Years of Experience Required is 12-15 years of relevant work experience as an HRBP working closely with business leaders in a dynamic complex setting with multiple functions ,
