We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Admission Counselor to join our dynamic team.

As an Admission Counselor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our edutech solutions to prospective clients.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to enhance their upskilling program.


  • Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels.
  • Proactively identifying crossselling/upselling opportunities with existing customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and developments in educational technology to effectively communicate the value of our products to potential customers.
  • Converting leads into Admissions.
  • Making warm calls and scheduling virtual sessions
  • Maintain strong followup.

Desired characteristics:

  • 1+ Years of experience in Sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish longterm relationships with clients.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex customer requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Selfmotivated and targetoriented, with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
  • Willingness to travel to Navi Mumbai.

Job Types:
