1. Skillset - Custom app development/citizen developer, flow designer, custom

2. APIs/Integrations,

3. Manage co-existence of ServiceNow and other tooling (during migration),

Business Analysis,

4. Design and validation of the applications,

5. understanding of upgrade will be added advantage

6. Experience in IRM / GRC would be added advantage .

Person should be well versed with multiple ServiceNow solutions, should be able to

understand the existing implemented solutions and recommend future road maps.

App engine studio with Low code no code. Catalog Creation, integrations, Custom App

  • Java script, Low code no code, Flow designer is a must, Automate workflow ,Notification,

Experience: 5+ Years Sr. Developer/ 7+ Years lead SNOW in ITSM/ITOM/Asset Management

● Scripting and coding is a MUST

● CMDB - 6 months is good

● Working on Integrations project

Work location: Remote, but need to be in Chennai or Hyderabad for first 2 weeks for

Knowledge Transfer

Duration: Long Term project (1-2 years)

Summary:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Portal developer. The ServiceNow Developer role will work closely with

business and product teams to achieve the desired outcome within the Agile Methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

 Creating and implementing complex pages.

 Creating and implementing custom widgets.

 Implementing designer-provided user interfaces.

 Matching the UI from designs on various pages of a portal.

 Resolving UI performance bottlenecks.

 Resolving complex widget defects.

 Writing ATF tests.

 Analyzing usage statistics.

 Ensuring custom widgets and pages are ready for upgrade.

Basic Requirements:

 B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or MCA or an equivalent education.

 3+ years of experience in developing on the ServiceNow platform.

 2+ years of experience in developing custom service portals.

 Experience with integrations, platform configuration, design, and deployment.

 Experience with custom application development including Custom Service Portal widget

creation.

 2+ years of scripting/coding Experience (e.g., JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, Bootstrap, SQL).

 ServiceNow Certifications a plus (bonus for ServiceNow Portal Fundamentals, ServiceNow Portal

Advanced).

 Web development experience a plus.

 Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

 Technically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and

objectives.

 Self-motivated, creative problem-solver who can adapt to new technologies and evolving

customer requirements.

 Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.

 Able to communicate (verbal and written) in a clear and concise manner, tailoring the

communication appropriately to the intended audience.

 Excellent active listening skills.

 Capable of dealing with and managing conflict.

 Able to work effectively in an environment with many competing and high priority demands.

Preferred Requirements:

 ServiceNow CSA.

 Any additional ServiceNow certifications will be a plus.
