JOB DESCRIPTION FOR JUNIOR RESIDENT

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Resident at CCAW.

The day- to- day job roles would include:

  • Taking follow ups and detailed history of clients.
  • Engage in scholarly activities, including research projects, and presentations at professional conferences.
  • Maintain up-to-date medical records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with clinic protocols and regulations.
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and strategies for managing symptoms.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
  • Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or state medical council.
  • Keen interest in working with children with special needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, with excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Commitment to professional ethics and ongoing learning.
  • Keen interest in research and willingness to contribute to scholarly activities.
  • Prior experience in child mental health or related fields (desirable but not required

Full-time work: (Monday-Saturday)

Timings: 10am - 7pm

Work mode: Offline

Location: Greater Kailash, New Delhi

Salary: 70,000 (negotiable)
