NPST is a fintech company bridging the banking and fintech worlds with its product suite of technology and payments, for over 10 years.

We provide software and digital payment solutions to the BFSI Industry as a Technology service provider.

We function as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and a Third-Party Aggregator Provider (TPAP), catering to stakeholders across the financial value chain, including banks, merchant aggregators, merchants, and consumers.

We got listed targeting SME IPO in Aug – 2021 on the NSE Emerge platform with a market cap of 2000 Cr (as of Mar'24) and became NPCI- an approved Merchant Payment Service Provider, acquiring merchants and facilitating payment.

NPST has a marquee clientele having 10 Banks and 30+ PAPG and Merchants.

We are seeking talented and creative Graphic Designers to join our team.

Whether you are an experienced professional or a skilled enthusiast, we welcome individuals with a passion for graphic design and a strong grasp of graphic software.

As a Graphic Designer at NPST, you will have the opportunity to bring your creative visions to life and contribute to our visual identity across various projects and platforms.


Job responsibilities:

Graphic Design:
Create visually stunning designs for a wide range of projects (presentations, brochures, events, outdoor advertisements, marketing materials, web graphics, social media assets, and more

Creative Leadership :
Lead, inspire, and elevate designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

Project Management :
Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously from initial ideation to final execution. Provide art direction, creative guidance, and feedback to junior designers, ensuring design excellence and adherence to brand standards.

Art Direction :
Set the artistic direction for projects, including visual style, imagery, and overall aesthetics. Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. But also find opportunities to break the rules.

Quality Assurance :
Review and refine designs, ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, and alignment with project goals before final delivery

Market Awareness :
Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies, integrating innovative ideas into design concepts to keep our visual communication fresh and impactful

Collaboration and Communication :
Work closely with marketing managers, and other team members to integrate design with content, messaging, and marketing strategies. Present design concepts and ideas effectively to internal stakeholders and clients.

Professional Development:
Continuously improve your design skills and industry knowledge, sharing insights with the team and contributing to a culture of learning and growth

Design Quality Control:
Maintain high design standards and review design work to ensure it meets these standards and adheres to brand guidelines. Must have package design experience with hands-on skills, knowledge of packaging structures.
Brand Consistency

Ensure that all creative output is consistent with the brand's identity and messaging

Trend And Technology Awareness:
Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to incorporate innovative design solutions

Design Execution :

Create visually compelling designs for a variety of materials, such as marketing collateral, presentations, social media graphics, packaging, and website elements.

Utilize industry-standard software tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, to produce high-quality designs.

Video Production:
Create short, animated product videos Video/motion graphics experience is valuable (After Effects, Premiere)

Software Expertise:

Adherence to Deadlines:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within specified timelines

Feedback Integration:
Incorporate feedback and revisions into your work to meet the project's requirements and goals.

What are we looking for:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field5-8 years of experience in graphic designProficient in Adobe Creative Suite Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality visuals.

Proficient in After Effects, PremiereStrong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environmentLeadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior designersAttention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying updated with design trendsPrevious experience of working in a Fintech or B2B software products companyEntrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate and own your work.
