As a hardware technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our computer hardware, including servers, workstations, printers, and scanners.

You will also be responsible for the installation of new hardware, as well as the configuration of existing hardware to work with new software.

• Assemble, install, maintain, and repair personal computers, servers, networking equipment, and related hardware and software
• Assist users with technical support issues via phone, in person, or remote access
• Generate reports documenting device inventory, repairs, and maintenance activities
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as disk cleanup, defragmentation, virus scanning, and patch installation
• Technical computer hardware, including laptops, desktops, servers, and printers
• CCTV Basic Knowledge
