Accepting applications for the position of RTR (Record to Report):

In this position, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Month end closure and reporting: Prepare journal entries and generate reports as per the scheduled checklist.
  • Daily operations: Manage daily activities such as invoice preparation and report extraction, and share them with the relevant stakeholders.
  • External reporting: Provide necessary reports/information in accordance with SOX/PWC audit requirements.
  • Bank reconciliation: Prepare monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations and clear open items within the specified timeframe.
  • Inventory accounting: Resolve inventory flow discrepancies and provide daily reports.

Responsibilities

  • Applicants should be comfortable with a 5-day workweek and flexible with timings.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Advanced Excel.
  • Capability to independently engage with customers.
  • Facilitation skills/excellent communication and presentation abilities—Capable of engaging with management at all levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage defined RTR tasks.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements

  • Prior experience as an analyst.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce/Accounting or an MBA (Accounting).

Preferred skills

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Oracle.
