  • Be responsible for supporting implementation of custom BTP solution designed for seamless hiring experience from recruitment, offer generation to profile creation.
  • Provide system operations and maintenance support post go-live.
  • Provide technical expertise and support on SuccessFactors, specifically in Recruit and Onboarding modules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless hiring experiences for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Manage day-to-day processes and deliver tasks assigned by the process/business solutions/system management team.
  • Work during CET working hours and extended CET hours to cover the US working time.
  • Share industry best practices and communicate effectively with external parties.
