Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Part-Time Office-Based English Teacher to join our team.

As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students in an office-based setting.

This position requires a commitment of four hours per day, providing a supportive and engaging learning environment for learners of various proficiency levels.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct English language classes for students in an office-based setting.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the learning objectives.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' language skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback on their language development.
  • Monitor and record attendance, grades, and other relevant student information accurately.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to cater to different learning styles and needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and mutual respect among students.
  • Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and incorporate innovative techniques into the classroom.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress, concerns, and achievements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
  • Previous experience teaching English as a second language to diverse student populations.
  • Strong command of the English language, including excellent grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation skills.
  • Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and methodologies for language acquisition.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage students and build positive relationships.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential.
  • Organizational skills to manage classroom activities, assessments, and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using technology and educational software for instructional purposes.
  • Valid teaching certification, such as TEFL or TESOL, is preferred.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position requiring four hours of work per day. The specific working hours will be determined in consultation with the employer.

Salary:
₹7, ₹20,000.00 per month
