Title :
Senior Software Architect, reports to CTO
Required experience:
Minimum 8 years working on diverse projects with various technology stacks.
Location:
Bangalore.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a new transformation backend platform from scratch
- Design software considering all stakeholders - end users, developers, support, and DevOps
- Analyze technical options and tradeoffs
- Conduct proof of concepts
Hands-on Activities:
- Establish a solutions/design pattern library for similar issues and support their implementation
- Provide technical guidance to development teams
- Implement best practices for design, coding, testing, security, etc.
- Collaborate with cloud providers and customers' technical teams
- Enhance developer productivity continually
- Work on application extensibility with product managers
- Take on occasional technical project management
- Provide occasional leadership in the absence of senior management
Key Qualifications:
- Proven track record in developing large-scale software products
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Adherence to engineering best practices
- Knowledgeable in performance, scalability, networking, and software architecture
- Ability to think abstractly and detail-oriented
- Proficient in microservices architecture design
- Passion for engineering culture and improving developer experience
- Self-driven and capable of tackling complex problems
