Escalations Representative

About this role:
Wells Fargo is looking for an Escalations Representative.
In this position, you will:
- Assist both internal and external clients with inquiries and issues related to financial products and services
- Identify the root cause of problems, conduct investigations, and handle complex transactions online
- Take on challenging tasks to address client concerns, review complaints, and classify risks in compliance with company standards
- Receive guidance from supervisors and escalate complex client issues when necessary
- Communicate with clients to address concerns and determine the best course of action
- Act as an intermediary to resolve disputes and negotiate settlements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in the Financial Services sector or equivalent
Desired Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to use multiple computer systems, and strong communication skills
- Keen to learn, self-driven, and a team player
