Job Responsibilities:

• On the Job involvement in an Enterprise web application development environment
• Design, Coding, Unit Testing, Documentation
• Ensuring adherence to ISO / CMMI Quality process and standards
• Adhering to strict delivery schedules
• Daily project status updates and team meetings
• Agile project management and development methodology

Basic Skills - Prerequisites:

• At least 6 months overall application development experience in Java / J2EE development
• Good understanding and fundamentals in Java / J2EE concepts
• Good understanding in OOP concepts, MVC architecture is desirable
• Fundamentals to RDBMS – SQL Server, Oracle is a plus
• Exposure to Core Java, JSP, Servlets is an advantage
• Knowledge in Spring, Hibernate, Struts is an advantage
• Certification course in Java is a plus

Educational qualification: First class graduates in B.E/ BTech / MCA/ MSc in Computer Science (CS) or IT.
