Your future role within QRT
Placing you as a key member of the development team building and enhancing key low latencyponents for QRTA role with the potential to touch many aspects of electronic and algorithmic trading, including the exchange price feeds, core trading systems, back testing engine, trading engine, tick data management, exchange simulators and trading gatewaysWork closely with a range of investment management professionals including quantitative analysts/developers, traders and operations staff, in order to design and develop cutting edge systems to keep QRT business at the forefront of its fieldYour present skillset
Expert on low latency Linux development using C++/C, STL, BoostKey experience designing and implementing multithreaded and distributed systems3+ years of experience of front-office trading desk-aligned role is desirableAdvanced knowledge of distributed network architectureGood knowledge of Equities and Futures asset classes highly desirableFamiliar with low level optimisation techniques on Linux x86/64 platformProficient with Linux / GCC development toolchain and Linux Red Hat essentialKnowledge of market data feed handlers and execution gateways highly desirableExperience working within a mature continuous development process highly desirableTeam player essentialQRT is an equal opportunity employer.
