Job Summary

The TDM eLearning Production Associate plays a key role in ensuring that our eLearning training materials are polished, functional, and aligned with our branding and style standards. This role involves creating and editing media, as well as developing eLearning modules. The Associate is responsible for designing and managing templates and tools to enhance efficiency and supports the seamless delivery of eLearning materials in collaboration with various teams.

Essential Duties

  • Develop and assemble new eLearning modules utilizing tools like Articulate Storyline and Camtasia, based on content provided. Generate and edit audio and closed captioning, along with basic video edits. Ensure materials adhere to guidelines and format standards. Create supplementary course materials as needed. Implement revisions to existing eLearning based on feedback.
  • Project manage eLearning production and review processes, creating detailed work plans to meet deadlines. Maintain project documentation according to standards and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Design and maintain tools and templates to establish clear guidelines for quality and efficiency in processes followed by team members and contractors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Technical/Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in proofreading and editing.
  • Experience in developing multimedia eLearning using tools like Articulate Storyline.
  • Project management skills, including collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
  • Basic audio/video editing skills preferred.
  • Capable of delivering meaningful feedback.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in professional services industry preferred.

Shift

  • Afternoon / Evening (UK/US overlap shift)
