Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Search Leader to join our team and lead our

efforts in optimizing search functionality across our platform. As a Search Leader, you will be

responsible for developing and implementing strategies/algorithms to enhance the search

experience for our users, drive engagement, and improve overall satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, design, and content to ensure that our search capabilities meet the needs of our diverse user base.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive search strategy to improve search relevance, accuracy, and speed.
  • Lead a team of search engineers and data scientists to develop and deploy advanced search algorithms and machine learning models.
  • Analyze user behavior, search queries, and feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and prioritize features that will improve the search experience.
  • Monitor search performance metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in search technology and information retrieval.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
  • 12+ years of total experience working within an engineering organization
  • Extensive experience of Finetuning LLMs and Generative AI tools like Langchain and prompt flow
  • Experience in working with Vector Databases
  • Hands on exposure to a wide range of AI/ML Algorithms
  • Experience in MLFlow and other MLOps monitoring tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
