About the Role

People - this program handles individuals hired under a T&M basis that would fall into the category of contingent labor. Project - this program is matrixed with the category leads for IT and non-IT sourcing. When a professional services engagement requires individuals/people to facilitate the delivery of SOW services the External Workforce team provides the foundation for managing the workforce which includes but is not limited to ensuring workers are managed in the appropriate systems as well as linked to the right assignments and projects within the sourcing tools used at Thomson Reuters Profile - This program handles individual workers from a headcount tracking perspective. Thomson Reuters uses non-employees globally and where no formal program exists to facilitate P2P management of resources, the team focuses on the identify management and headcount tracking to ensure we have a complete picture of our headcount globally. Expert in process governance and communications & significant experience with professional services firms and/or delivering professional services. Ability to articulate, influence and translate strategic imperatives from business strategies into best-in-class sourcing and procurement processes. Excellent influencing skills and experience of managing multiple and diverse stakeholder groups in a major complex organization. Exceptional relationship management skills to effectively shape strategic solutions with senior stakeholders and key suppliers. Extensive experience of initiating, developing and executing market leading sourcing and procurement process strategies and their implementation & Strong change management experience and delivery. Proven leadership and team development skills, creating high performing teams. Significant project planning experience and business operations experience & Project/Program management principles, standards and processes.

About You

A total of over 12 years of experience, including at least 5 years in External Workforce Management. Undergraduate degree in human resources, business, finance, supply chain management, logistics or equivalent. Expert in process governance and communications Significant experience with professional services firms and/or delivering professional services. Ability to articulate, influence and translate strategic imperatives from business strategies into best-in-class sourcing and procurement processes. Excellent influencing skills and experience of managing multiple and diverse stakeholder groups in a major complex organization. Exceptional relationship management skills to effectively shape strategic solutions with senior stakeholders and key suppliers. Extensive experience of initiating, developing and executing market leading sourcing and procurement process strategies and their implementation. Strong change management experience and delivery.
