What you will be doing:

  • Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment
  • Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems

What you bring:

  • At least 7+ years in experience in Java Unix SQL Production support
  • Working Experience in Production support
  • Good Knowledge in Unix commands and Unix Shell Scripting
  • Application Servers JBOSS ,Web Server Apache Tomcat,Tools Eclipse, Putty, ANT
  • Good Knowledge in web server/app server architecture

Added Bonus if you have:

  • Knowledge of FIS' products and services
  • Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
  • Knowledge of financial services industry
