Total Experience : 8 + years of total IT experience

Min Experience in Pega : 5+ years

Mandatory certification :
Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) or CSSA

Key Skills & Responsibilities :

  • Administer and maintain the Pega platform, including CDH / CVM applications, to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Should have good experience in deploying Pega in OCP environment and experience of automated deployments via Jenkins CICD
  • Install, configure, and upgrade Pega platform components, including application servers, databases, and middleware.
  • Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to address technical problems and optimize performance.
  • Implement and enforce security measures and best practices to protect Pega applications and data.
  • Manage user access and permissions, including rolebased access control (RBAC), LDAP integration, and authentication mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deploy new releases, patches, and hotfixes, and ensure smooth migration of applications between environments.
  • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.
  • Configure and manage application servers, web servers, and other infrastructure components to support Pega applications.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders, including troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices, and provide training to team members and endusers as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest Pega platform releases, features, and best practices, and recommend enhancements and improvements to optimize system performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with vendors, thirdparty providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement new features and capabilities.
