Pune / BangaloreJob Purpose Statement11:11 is looking for an Architect - Product Engineering, whose primary responsibility will be to work closely with DRaaS Product Management leadership to understand the Feature roadmap of Cloud Recovery products to come up with the architecture, solutions to meet business requirements to be technically delivered by the engineering team.

He / She needs to partner with Cloud Recovery – Operations team to help perform engineering tasks on new Zerto, AWS, Azure virtualization products and Tier IV troubleshoot the various multi-tenant/dedicated Cloud Recovery offerings for 11:11 Systems.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Director - Recovery Products.
Key Responsibilities1.

Provide the highest level of architectural design and implementation support for complex DRaaS - Cloud Recovery solutions based on Zerto, AWS, Azure technologies and components.2.

Provide Product architecture solutions, documenting complex procedures and planning lifecycle activities based on different components deployed (OS / Databases / Applications / Monitoring tools etc.)3.

Analyze and implement proactive improvements in solution design using the latest technological enhancements.4. Lead troubleshooting and problem remediation activities.5. Manage and develop Automation to increase efficiency of solutions.6. Work along with Enterprise Solution Managers (ESMs) on the new customers inquiries / RFPs and POCs.7. Develop and implement best practices that measure the effectiveness and addresses PCI, ISO compliance needs.8. Provide technical advice and mentor engineering, operational support staff.9. Coordinate with other IT Production teams, the rest of the business, and external suppliers.10. Provide training within team as well as to other operational teams if required.11. Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a collegiate manner at all times and in line with the Company's values.

Technical Competencies (Experience and Knowledge)10+ years of experience of implementing and supporting enterprise scale VMware, DRaaS environments.5+ years of experience of working on AWS and/or Azure, Zerto environment.

Expertise in VMware technology stack (e.g.

ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, distributed vSwitching, vSphere, vSAN, SR, SRM etc.).Hands on experience of architecting DR solutions in Zerto, AWS, AzureHands on experience VMware vRealize suite (vRA, vRO, vROps), VMware Cloud Director (VCD).Hands on automation experience using scripting such as PowerCLI, bash, python, etc.

Good knowledge of enterprise networking architectureGood knowledge of backup, recovery, and storage replication technologies such as Veeam, NetApp, Carbonite Availability etc.

Good understanding of iSCSI, FC, NFS, FCoE storage protocols and provisioning across multiple systems.
