4.NetworkProducts:

Familiaritywith standard networking products such as L2/L3 managed/unmanagedswitches firewall devices wireless access pointsrouters.

Handleentrylevel firewalls and basicconfigurations.

Configure L2switches create VLANs trunking andstacking.

Familiaritywith IP address schemes of SMB/Enterprise segments and DMZconfigurations.

Knowledge ofIPVPN SDWAN SASE ZTNA technologies.

5.Security and BackupApplications:

Set up variousbackup solutions for SMB/Enterprise/Governmentcustomers.

Installcustomize and troubleshoot backup products such as VeritasCommvault VeeamAcronis.

Supportcustomers in data retrieval from backups in case ofdisaster.

Handle Tapedrives/libraries/autoloader and deploy/troubleshootantivirus/nextgen AV products.

6.Virtualization/Cloud/HCI:

Knowledge insetting up server virtualization using VMware vSphere7/8.

Configure datastores from different storage products and install/configure VMwareESXi vCenter HA and FTsolutions.

Familiaritywith onpremise/public cloud infrastructure and administration ofAzure cloud entities andsubscriptions.

Understandingof HCI solutions using VMware vSAN Nutanix HPESimpliVity.



Requirements

Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or relatedfield.

Relevantcertifications such as CCNA MCSA RHCSA VMware certifications arepreferred.

Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills.

Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.

Ability to workindependently and as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.
