JD for Product Owner

Mandatory Skills

  • 1.Should define the vision of the product to customer, business and development team. 2.Provide Product roadmap. 3.Creating Product backlog. 4.Priorities the product backlog based business objective and overall strategy. 5.Create user story from Feature backlog. 6.Works with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories. 7.Oversee the development of product through different agile ceremonies such as grooming, planning, demo etc. 8.Establishes user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines stories with Scrum teams. 9.Should be able to answer queries raised by team or Business analyst. 10.Should own the development of product at each stage and take necessary steps to ensure product development is relevant to product vision and business need. 11.Should manage team of business analyst and guide them in understanding the requirement and its documentation into functional and no functional requirements. 12.Should have good documentation skills and ready to do documentation as per need. 13.An excellent communicator (written & verbal).
    Desired Skills
  • 1.Prior experience in using Agile software development tools such as Jira, Azure Board, Rally etc. for creating user stories, defining and managing backlog items. 3.They have a deep understanding of users, the marketplace, competitors and trends.
