About Position

We are in search of a Project Manager with solid expertise in Data & Analytics, preferably in the healthcare and life sciences industry, possessing a rich background in data analytics.

Role: Project Manager

Location: Bangalore

What You'll Do

  • You will be required to grasp the necessary domain and technology for the program/engagement area. Responsibilities towards customers: Support sales strategies, manage customer relationships from initiation to milestone completion;
  • Establish and execute a governance plan to anticipate client expectations and develop/implement improvement strategies.
  • Address any customer escalations effectively. Conduct regular reviews with customers to ensure their needs are met. Strive for high customer satisfaction. Deliver Excellence, Quality Services: Maintain resource utilization and structure as per organizational guidelines/approved deviations;
  • Assess the parameters, goals, and risks associated with the SLAs under discussion with the customer.
  • Team Management: Create a team aligned with various Communication Engagement Platforms to enhance employee involvement.
  • Identify and cultivate key talent. As part of team building, you will conduct interviews with internal and/or external candidates to ensure they are suitable for program roles.
  • Financial Duties: Sustain existing business and profitability, meet the specified profit margin targets;
  • Achieve Top-line Bottom-line goals, directly manage gross/net margin.
  • Planning/Growth: Take charge of DU's growth and strategic planning. Present business expansion proposals to key clients/for emerging technologies.
  • Introduce new domain capabilities and discover new business opportunities related to the field. Organizational Contributions: Lead/Participate in prominent programs throughout Persistent (Contributions beyond Delivery Unit/Services Unit)

Expertise You'll Bring

  • A total of 8-15 years of experience in Healthcare and Project Management
  • Technical Skills: Data/Analytics Technology (Keywords: ETL, ELT, EDW OR Data Warehouse, Data, BI, Data Ingestion, Cloud)
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience (OR) Experience in managing Data/Analytics projects & Delivery
  • Engagement in the healthcare and life sciences sector with a strong background in data analytics, preferably collaborating with CRO clientele. Knowledge of relevant regulations in the HLS sector.
  • Strong understanding of technology and product engineering, capable of communicating effectively with customers in various discussions. Managing and leading proficient teams, team leaders, and product developers to ensure timely customer delivery
  • PMP certification is advantageous but not obligatory
  • Any Agile/Scrum Certification is preferred but not mandatory
