WHO WE ARE SEEKING

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are recent graduates or entry-level professionals with a degree in industrial design or mechanical engineering.
  • Have a solid grasp of the design process, materials, and manufacturing practices. Proficiency in software like Creo, Solidworks, AutoCAD, Blender, and Keyshot is preferred.
  • Possess exceptional problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a knack for conveying design concepts. Knowledge of plastic product design is a plus.
  • Demonstrate understanding of part drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in Solidworks and Creo is expected, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Align with the vision, mission, and principles of Without (by Ashaya).

  • Enjoy tackling intricate problems in an uncertain environment.
  • Are adaptable, proactive, and eager to expand both professionally and personally.
  • Are open to residing in Pune, India, and commuting to Bhosari, MIDC. This role does not support remote work.
  • Are ready to commence work promptly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting research for new and existing designs and maintaining accurate records.
  • Exploring innovative product options that emphasize design and functionality. Creating designs that meet quality standards and compliance regulations.
  • Developing concept models and generating data for rapid prototyping through 3D printing. Utilizing 3D and rendering software to enhance designs and create virtual product models.
  • Supporting manufacturing, injection molding, and overall product development processes.
  • Collaborating closely with team members in a dynamic startup environment to optimize organizational performance, from minor tasks to complex projects.
  • Playing a crucial role at Without (by Ashaya) to shape our future growth trajectory.
