Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment process including assessments, interviews, and offer processes, leading to onboarding.
  • Develop and execute search strategies for recruiting employees at various levels and from specific candidate pools (competitive research, industry profile development, networking, campus hiring, direct sourcing, vendors, training institutes, etc.).
  • Monitor key metrics like TAT Joining Ratio, Referral contribution and attrition rates.
  • Maintain candidate engagement during pre-boarding to reduce pre-joining attrition.
  • Maintain JD bank for all roles.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to assess present and future staffing needs.
  • Use various sourcing channels like social media, job boards, and Internet for job openings.
  • Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies to fulfill hiring requirements.
  • Generate regular reports to track talent plan, status, and other metrics.
  • Manage candidate databases and trackers efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance in documentation, quality control, and record-keeping processes.

Desired Skills:

  • 2-8 years of BPO recruitment experience covering both domestic and international processes across India
  • Extensive experience in BPO hiring including bulk hiring, mass recruitment, walk-ins, and campus hiring
  • Well-connected with FOC consultants, training institutes, campuses, NGOs, and Govt. programs
  • Proficient in Social Networking & Data Mapping through job portals, Google, Facebook, etc.
  • Dynamic, Confident, with strong Communication skills
  • Profound knowledge of sourcing techniques and job boards/portals
  • Deadline-oriented with excellent time management skills
