Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to provide information about our services, such as study abroad programs, visa assistance, and career guidance.
  • Respond to inbound calls and address customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls made, customer feedback, and appointment schedules.
  • Schedule appointments for consultations with our immigration and study abroad experts.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Stay informed about our latest services, products, and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage customers and build relationships over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
