Company Secretary Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Company Secretary to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to make a significant contribution to our company's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all aspects of corporate governance, including board meetings, shareholder meetings, and filings with the Registrar of Companies.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other relevant laws.
  • Providing expert advice on legal and regulatory matters.
  • Liaising with statutory authorities and auditors.
  • Maintaining accurate company records.
  • Assisting with mergers and acquisitions, if applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with a minimum of 5 years of postqualification experience.
  • Indepth knowledge of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other relevant corporate laws.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
