  • Email marketing expertise: Skillful in sending promotional emails to customers
  • LinkedIn messaging proficiency: Experienced in leveraging LinkedIn for customer connections
  • WhatsApp and Instagram messaging: Capable of supporting and communicating with clients through WhatsApp and Instagram
  • Customer follow-up capabilities: Proficient in post-purchase customer engagement
  • Adept at collaborative teamwork
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
