Key Responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Associate:
  • Supporting the seamless operation of the food & beverage department, maintaining top-notch guest service levels
  • Part of a team that enhances guest satisfaction and comfort, promptly addressing guest inquiries
  • Taking charge of assigned duties, ensuring timely and professional execution
  • Achieving departmental plans and objectives, meeting hotel initiatives & targets
  • Working closely with superiors to control costs and inventory, maintaining productivity and performance levels
  • Cultivating effective work relationships, upholding company culture and values
  • Adhering to all legislation, ensuring due diligence and best practices are followed, documented for audits
Requirements of the Food and Beverage Associate:
  • Prior experience in food & beverage service is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Hands-on approach with a proactive work ethic
  • Dedication to providing outstanding guest service, with a love for the hospitality industry
  • Ability to think creatively, taking ownership of assigned duties and tasks
  • Personal integrity, excelling in an environment that demands excellence
  • Proficiency in working with IT systems across platforms
  • Excellent communication skills
