Job Description for Role of Graphic Designer:


We are in search of a highly skilled Graphic Designer with 2-5 years of experience to join our innovative team.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.


They must have a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise in creating captivating designs like key visuals, web banners, social media posts, e-commerce banners, etc.

Additionally, familiarity with 3D software like Blender and experience in still/video shoots will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually stunning designs for various digital platforms including web banners, social media posts, and ecommerce banners.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience.
  • Utilize advanced features and techniques in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects to produce highquality graphics, illustrations, and animations.
  • Maintain brand consistency and adhere to established design guidelines across all projects.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in graphic design, digital marketing, and technology.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of design assets while meeting quality standards.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and strong command over relevant software related to Graphic Design, Visual Arts etc. 25 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or inhouse creative team setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Extensive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with a focus on web banners, social media posts, and ecommerce banners.
  • Knowledge of 3D software such as Blender is a plus.
  • Experience in still/video shoots will be beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
  • Detailoriented with a passion for delivering highquality design work under tight deadlines.
