Schedule : 6 days working - one day off on weekday which will be discussed

Timings :
Weekdays - 3pm - 8 pm and weekends - 10 am to 7 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations:
  • Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls, inquiries, and provide accurate information about the center's programs and services.
  • Manage appointment schedules and assist in coordinating meetings and events.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Student and Parent Support:
  • Register new students and guide them through the enrollment process.
  • Assist parents in understanding and completing necessary forms and paperwork.
  • Provide information on class schedules, fees, and program details.
  • Address student and parent concerns or direct them to the appropriate staff member for further assistance.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other communications as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies.
  • Communication and Coordination:
  • Maintain effective communication with staff, instructors, and other team members.
  • Coordinate with instructors to ensure smooth transitions between classes and sessions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient operations and resolve any issues.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all visitors and stakeholders.
  • Address customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience and provide suggestions for process improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse individuals.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a customercentric approach.

Pay:
₹9, ₹15,000.00 per month
