Job SummaryClient is in search of a Salesforce Technical Lead for a Hybrid role in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities:
• Align business functional requirements with system/technical requirements following Salesforce best practices.
• Design comprehensive Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization (APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, etc.).
• Validate the correct resources for the project by understanding the project scope.
• Optimize solutions by grasping business needs and technology capabilities.
• Collaborate with various teams such as business stakeholders, product teams, global IT Apps teams, consultants, and vendors to manage deliverables and offer technical guidance based on Salesforce best practices.
• Effectively manage changing priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and communication.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, and address any gaps in functional user stories/business requirements.
• Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, offering regular feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Mentor junior team members on Salesforce technology, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce best practices.
• Develop detailed technical solutions, Proof-of-Concepts (POC), prototypes, and technical design documentation throughout the SDLC process.
• Coordinate and assist in the deployment of releases.
• Manage the Salesforce platform team and oversee environments, deployment automation, CI/CD tools, system performance monitoring, security, and backups.
• Stick to high-quality development principles while ensuring timely and within-budget solution delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects.
• 5+ years of experience in designing and developing full stack solutions using Salesforce Platform and related technologies.
• Profound experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Copado, GitHub, Azure DevOps, etc., and test automation tools such as Copado CRT, Selenium, etc.
• Thorough understanding of mapping business processes within Salesforce.com.
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce products and licensing models.
• Awareness of best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations within Salesforce.
• Ability to analyze complex systems, troubleshoot, and isolate system issues.
• Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills.
• Prior experience leading IT Teams of 6+ professionals (direct and/or indirect reports).
• Strong comprehension of Agile/Lean principles.
• Good project management skills utilizing waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Critical thinking ability and willingness to challenge conventional thoughts.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator.
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
• Salesforce Platform Developer Certifications.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
• Experience in implementing CPQ tools like Salesforce CPQ or Apptus CPQ.
• Certified Scrum Master.
• PMP Certification.
