Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and ideas for video content.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all video projects, adhering to brand guidelines and style.
  • Incorporate visual effects, graphics, and other elements to enhance video content when necessary.
  • Select appropriate music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance the overall production value.
  • Organize and manage video assets, including file management and version control.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, tools, and best practices for video editing and production.
  • Provide constructive feedback and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering creativity and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong understanding of video production techniques, including color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain highquality standards.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual stories.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of video compression formats and optimization techniques for various platforms.
  • A keen eye for visual composition, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred but not required).
