JOB DESCRIPTION -


The person will be responsible for initiating screening calls with job applicants and editing resumes to ensure they meet the company's requirements.

The role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the technical skills required for the positions being filled.


Responsibilities:

  • Initiate screening calls with job applicants to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for open positions.
  • Edit resumes to ensure they meet the company's standards and accurately reflect the applicant's qualifications and experience.
  • Review job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect the skills and experience required for open positions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent editing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with technical skills and experience requirements for software engineering and other techrelated positions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Prior experience in a screening or recruitment role is preferred.
  • The person will play a critical role in identifying and recruiting top talent for the company.
